Social Finance Manager

Come and join a dynamic team as we expand our mission of creating sustainable and impactful nonprofits and social enterprises! If you are a person who thrives on using your technical skills, relationship skills, writing, data and project management skills to create real social impact, drive innovation and support teammates, the role of Social Finance Manager could be a match.

The Social Finance Manager job is perfect for someone who wants to explore how their strong skills can be used in the world of nonprofit sustainability in a fast-paced and values-driven environment. If you are a development professional who is dissatisfied with the existing mechanisms that fund nonprofits and want to be a part of creating the revenue shop for the 21st Century, this role is for you. As a Social Finance Manager in our Philanthropy+ practice, you will help to create, test and implement a new way to approach revenue for nonprofits, especially those between $1m and $5m in annual revenue. We do this by serving as the revenue shop for nonprofits and responding to both traditional development needs as well as earned income generation and other new ways of resourcing organizations.

We seek someone with an ability to drive traditional client fundraising needs and integrate innovative earned revenue approaches with project management, client relations, deliverable creation and continuous quality improvement on systems and products.

We are building a rocketship here. We are doing this because the moment is asking for better solutions to nonprofit leaders’ need for innovation around actual sustainability. 20 Degrees has built a strong foundation during the first five years of operation and now, we are seeking someone who can contribute to our impact goals in the next organizational chapter.

In this role you will be part of our Nonprofit and Social Enterprise Team and report to the Director.
