Allyson Andrews
At 20 Degrees, Allyson leads a team of scarcity slayers in working to support child care providers with innovative tools and strategies to enhance their operations, strengthen financial sustainability, and improve the quality of care for young children. In addition to supporting providers directly, she contributes to policy development that advocates for equitable access to early childhood education, sustainable funding models, and stronger support systems for educators and families. Allyson’s has deep consulting experience in start-up operations, business development, finance and operations for non-profit and for-profit sectors with a specialization in Education. Allyson holds an AS in Early Childhood Education and a BS in Psychology. Allyson is beginning her Doctorate in Education at the University of Michigan where she recently graduated with a Master in Social Work. Allyson enjoys traveling with her husband and their 4 children.
